More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This festive 4-pack stands out for its variety of holiday characters, making it ideal for those seeking a themed set of plush toys. Compared to the Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack, these larger plushes offer more cuddling comfort but lack the tiny detail for holiday decor. These are perfect for gift-giving or collecting, although their limited appeal outside the season means they might not be suitable for year-round display. Their ultrasoft plush material ensures a cozy feel, but the small size might not satisfy older children or avid plush collectors looking for larger options.
Pros:- Festive holiday-themed characters add seasonal charm
- Soft, ultrasoft plush material enhances cuddling
- Includes four distinct characters for variety
Cons:- Limited to holiday season, not versatile for all year
- Small size may not appeal to all ages or collectors seeking larger plushes
Best for: Holiday gift shoppers seeking a cute, festive plush set for children or collectors who love seasonal decor.
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting plush toys suitable for year-round use or larger sizes for more cuddling, as these are limited to holiday themes and small in size.
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
Our verdict“This set is perfect for holiday gift-givers and collectors wanting festive decor, but less suited for persistent year-round display.”
Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus Plush
This 14-inch Nick the Santa plush makes a statement with its cheerful design and high-quality ultrasoft fabric, standing out for its size and detailed character. Unlike the smaller, themed Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack, Nick offers a more substantial presence and is better suited for cuddling or as a holiday decoration. Its official status as a Squishmallows product appeals to collectors, but the price may deter casual buyers or those looking for budget options. The plush’s size and detailed design make it a versatile gift or display piece, though it might be too large for some small children or limited shelf space.
Pros:- Large size perfect for cuddling or display
- Official Squishmallows product with collectible appeal
- Bright, cheerful Santa design
Cons:- Limited appeal outside holiday season
- No accessories included, just the plush
Best for: Holiday collectors and kids who want a sizable, cuddly Santa plush for seasonal decor or gifting.
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking smaller plush toys or those on a tight budget, as the 14-inch size and official branding come with a higher price tag.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Nick the Santa Claus
- Size:14 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Includes:1 plush
Our verdict“This plush is ideal for those wanting a substantial, collectible holiday Santa but less suitable for casual or budget-conscious buyers.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack
This 4-pack of tiny Micromallows offers an adorable way to incorporate holiday cheer into decor or gift-giving, especially for those who love miniature plushes. Compared with the larger Nick the Santa Claus Plush, these 2.5-inch characters are more versatile for decorating trees, stockings, or table settings. Their small size is both an advantage and a limitation: they fit anywhere, but might not satisfy collectors wanting larger plushes or kids seeking more substantial cuddles. As official Squishmallows, they carry authentic appeal, but their limited seasonality and tiny form factor mean they are best for temporary display or small gifts.
Pros:- Cute, highly collectible holiday characters
- Small size ideal for decorating or gifting
- Official Squishmallows quality and authenticity
Cons:- Limited to holiday use only
- Small size may not appeal to all collectors or children seeking plush for cuddling
Best for: Holiday decorators and small gift-givers who want cute, seasonal plushes for ornaments or stocking stuffers.
Not ideal for: Buyers looking for larger plush toys or long-term collectibles, as Micromallows are strictly seasonal and small-sized.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Sub Brand:Micromallows
- Model Name:SQMM0265
- Unit Count:4
- Size:2.5 inches
- Age Range:3 years and up
Our verdict“Perfect for adding tiny festive touches or small gifts, but less suited for those wanting larger, cuddly plush toys year-round.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar provides a fun way to celebrate Christmas with 24 tiny holiday-themed Squishmallows, including characters like Brooke the Polar Bear. Its compact size and official branding make it appealing for fans of the franchise who enjoy daily surprises. Unlike the Holiday Wreath 4-Pack, which offers a small set of collectibles, this calendar delivers a daily countdown, enhancing anticipation and holiday spirit. However, the tiny 2.5-inch size might not satisfy those seeking plush toys for cuddling or display, making it more suitable as a seasonal decoration or collectible than a cuddly companion.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed tiny Squishmallows
- Creates a fun, daily holiday activity
- Official product with authentic Squishmallows branding
Cons:- Small size limits cuddling or play
- Limited to holiday season, not a year-round toy
Best for: Christmas countdown enthusiasts and collectors who want a daily surprise of tiny plush characters.
Not ideal for: Buyers looking for larger plush toys or those wanting plush for cuddling, as the small size limits tactile appeal.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This advent calendar is ideal for holiday countdown fans and collectors, but less suitable for children seeking plush for cuddling or everyday use.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log Plush
Fleur the Yule Log offers a charming, manageable size at 8 inches, making it ideal for cuddling without overwhelming space. Compared with the larger Nick the Santa Claus Plush, Fleur is more portable and easier for younger children to handle. Its ultrasoft material and unique character bio make it appealing for collectors and kids alike, though its softness might lack the structure some children prefer for more active play. Its limited size options mean it won’t replace larger plushes for extended cuddling, but it makes a delightful holiday-themed gift or decorative piece.
Pros:- Soft, ultrasoft plush material for cuddling
- Compact size easy to carry or display
- Unique character with a festive bio
Cons:- Limited size range, only 8 inches
- May be too soft for children who prefer plush with more structure
Best for: Young children or collectors seeking a cute, portable plush for cuddling or holiday decor.
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger plushes for long-term cuddling or those seeking plush toys with more firmness for active play, as Fleur is very soft and small.
- Size:8 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Official Product:Yes
Our verdict“Fleur the Yule Log is a charming, small plush perfect for holiday cuddles or as a collectible, but not ideal for those needing larger or firmer toys.”
Squishmallows Micromallows 24-Day Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar stands out for its collection of 24 tiny, holiday-themed Squishmallows, making it an engaging way for kids and collectors to count down to Christmas. Unlike the larger plush options like the 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log, these Micromallows are compact and perfect for stacking or placing around the house. The limited size may be a drawback for those seeking plush toys suitable for cuddling, but it enhances the element of surprise each day. The official licensing assures quality and authenticity, and the variety of characters keeps the countdown exciting. However, the small size limits their use as main plush toys and makes them less appealing for long-term display. This pick makes the most sense for families seeking a festive, collectible holiday activity for children.Pros:- Includes 24 collectible tiny plush characters for daily surprises
- Features popular and iconic Squishmallows characters
- Official licensed product ensures quality and authenticity
Cons:- Small size limits use as cuddly plush toys for hugging
- Limited to seasonal use, not suitable for year-round display
Best for: Parents and collectors who want a fun, interactive holiday tradition for kids

Squishmallows Original Harvest 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) – Amazon Exclusive
This set offers four ultrasoft Squishmallows with distinct personalities, making it ideal for those who appreciate a mix of characters like Ulana the Turkey and Rhett the Bulldog. Compared with the holiday-specific advent calendars, this pack provides immediate gratification with plush toys ready for cuddling or display. Its high-quality, ultrasoft fabric makes it a comfortable option for snuggling, but the lack of size details might leave buyers uncertain about their dimensions—potentially a concern for those seeking larger plushes. The set’s exclusivity on Amazon appeals to collectors but may limit options for casual gift-givers. Overall, this pack is perfect for fans of the series wanting a small collection with seasonal charm.Pros:- Includes four unique, high-quality plush characters
- Ultrasoft fabric provides a cozy feel
- Official Jazwares product with detailed bios
Cons:- No size specifications provided, which could be a concern for sizing expectations

Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
Similar to the B0G1VCZ78V calendar, this option offers 24 tiny Micromallows with holiday themes like Nick Santa Claus and Manny Snowman, making it ideal for festive countdowns. While both calendars feature small plush characters, this one emphasizes Christmas-specific characters, appealing to holiday purists. Its small size limits its appeal for those seeking plush toys for cuddling, but it enhances the surprise factor and makes for easy display. The official product status guarantees authenticity, but care must be taken due to the tiny parts. This calendar makes the most sense for kids and collectors eager to celebrate the season with a daily plush surprise.Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed Micromallows
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Great for Christmas countdown and gifting
Cons:- Small size may not be suitable for all children
- Limited to holiday characters, reducing year-round appeal
Best for: Parents and collectors seeking a compact, holiday-themed countdown experience
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger plush toys for everyday use or play
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows plush toys
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“Ideal for holiday countdown lovers who want a festive collection of tiny plush characters leading up to Christmas.”
Squishmallows Falala the Pink Holiday Deer – 5 Inch Plush Toy
Falala the Pink Holiday Deer is a charming 5-inch plush perfect for collectors or those who want a cute, huggable ornament. Compared with larger plushes like the 14-inch Nick the Santa Claus, Falala offers a more portable option that can serve as a festive decoration or a small gift. Its cuddly design makes it ideal for hugging, but the limited size means it’s less suitable for active play or long-term cuddling, especially for kids who prefer larger plushes. The plush’s soft, plush material guarantees comfort, yet it lacks additional features or accessories. This plush is best for those seeking a small, festive piece rather than a plush for extended play.Pros:- Cuddly and soft, perfect for hugging
- Small size makes it easy to display or carry
- Festive design suitable for holiday decor
Cons:- Limited size restricts use for active play or long hugs
- No additional features or interactive elements
Best for: Collectors or fans seeking a compact, seasonal plush for display or gifting

- Size:5 inches
- Material:Soft plush
Our verdict“This plush makes a charming, space-saving holiday gift or collectible for festive enthusiasts.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This exclusive holiday 4-pack offers a selection of uniquely named Squishmallows like Tinsley the Peppermint Latte and Clayton the Blue Cow, crafted from ultrasoft, high-quality fabric. Compared to the 4-pack from the Harvest collection, this set emphasizes festive characters with a more seasonal theme. The high-quality fabric enhances cuddling comfort, yet the lack of size details makes it harder to judge how big these plushes are—potentially a concern for buyers wanting larger toys. The set’s exclusivity on Amazon appeals to collectors, but casual gift buyers might prefer more versatile options. Overall, this pack is great for those wanting a small, themed collection perfect for holiday gifting or personal display.Pros:- Includes four themed, high-quality plush toys
- Ultrasoft fabric for cuddling comfort
- Unique characters with detailed bios
Cons:- No specific size info available, which could affect purchase expectations

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
Choosing the right squishmallow for the holidays involves more than just picking a cute plush. Consider size, packaging, and theme to match your recipient’s preferences. Budget also plays a role — some options offer great value through sets or advent calendars, while others focus on collectible appeal. Pay attention to the material quality and durability, especially if the plush is for a child. Lastly, think about whether you want a limited-edition piece or a versatile, multi-pack to maximize holiday cheer and gifting options.Size and Portability
Size impacts how easy the plush is to gift, display, or carry around. Smaller options like 8-inch or Micromallows are budget-friendly and perfect for stocking stuffers or small gifts, but they may lack the visual impact of larger plushes. Larger sizes like 14-inch or 24-day advent calendars provide more display presence and can be central holiday decorations. Consider who the recipient is and where they will keep or display the plush when choosing size.
Packaging and Sets
Multi-packs and advent calendars offer great value and variety, especially for families or collectors who enjoy seasonal surprises. The official holiday 4-packs or the 24-day calendar bring a festive experience, but they often come at a higher price point. Single plushes like Nick the Santa are simpler but may be more suitable for a quick gift. Think about whether you want a collection of smaller plushes or one standout piece for a larger gift.
Theme and Collectability
Holiday-themed designs like Fleur the Yule Log or Falala the Deer appeal to collectors wanting unique or limited-edition items. Classic themes like Santa or Christmas wreaths tend to be more versatile and widely appreciated. Limited-edition items may be more expensive but can grow in value over time, making them appealing for serious collectors. Balance your desire for rarity with cost considerations when selecting a themed plush.
Material Quality and Durability
High-quality materials translate into plushes that last through holiday seasons and playful handling. Cheaper options may show wear or lose their fluff faster, especially if handled frequently by children. Consider whether the plush has reinforced seams or extra-soft fabric, which can enhance longevity. A well-made squishmallow offers better value over multiple holiday seasons.
Price and Value
Prices vary widely from budget Micromallows to premium limited editions. Sets and advent calendars often provide more plushes for the money, but individual plushes can be more meaningful as keepsakes. Determine your budget first, then choose options that maximize value for the size and theme you want. Remember that paying more often means better quality or exclusivity, but not always.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are squishmallows suitable for young children during the holidays?
Squishmallows generally are safe for young children, provided they are age-appropriate and free of small parts. Their soft, plush material makes them a popular choice for kids, especially during the holidays when they can be used as comfort toys or seasonal decorations. However, always check the manufacturer’s age recommendations and inspect plushes for loose stitching or parts that could pose a choking hazard for very young children.
Should I buy a set or individual plush for holiday gifting?
Buying a set or advent calendar offers more value and variety, especially if you want to give multiple gifts or create a festive atmosphere. Sets tend to be more cost-effective per plush and can serve as a themed collection for a gift recipient. However, individual plushes allow for more personalized choices and can be more meaningful if you know the recipient’s favorite character or theme. Consider your budget and gifting goals when choosing between the two options.
Are limited-edition squishmallows worth the extra cost?
Limited-edition squishmallows often feature unique designs or rare themes, making them highly appealing to collectors. They tend to hold or increase their value over time, especially if they are part of a holiday-exclusive release. However, their higher price point and limited availability mean they may not be practical for every budget. If collecting or owning a special seasonal piece matters to you, investing in limited editions can be worthwhile.
How do I care for my holiday squishmallow to keep it looking new?
Most squishmallows are washable, but always check the care label first. Gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth is often sufficient for maintaining their appearance, especially after holiday handling. For machine washing, place the plush in a pillowcase or laundry bag and use a gentle cycle. Allow it to air dry completely to prevent damage. Proper care extends the life of your plush and keeps it festive and soft for many seasons.
Is it better to buy from official stores or third-party sellers?
Purchasing from official stores or authorized retailers ensures authentic, high-quality squishmallows, especially for limited-edition or holiday-exclusive releases. Third-party sellers can sometimes offer lower prices or rare finds, but there’s a risk of counterfeit or damaged plushes. Always verify seller reviews and authenticity before making a purchase, particularly for collectible items. This approach guarantees you get a genuine product that meets safety and quality standards.
Conclusion
For those seeking the best overall holiday squishmallow, the Official Jazwares Holiday 4-Pack offers a festive variety that covers multiple themes and sizes, making it perfect for families or gift-givers. Budget-conscious buyers will appreciate the Micromallows Advent Calendar for its affordability and seasonal fun, while collectors should consider limited-edition pieces like Fleur the Yule Log for their uniqueness. Beginners or casual shoppers can opt for the classic Santa plush, which makes a straightforward, charming gift. Ultimately, your choice depends on your budget, recipient, and whether you prioritize collectability, variety, or simplicity.
